We collect personal data (such as name, email, delivery address, phone number, and order details) exclusively for the fulfillment of orders, delivery coordination, customer service, and statutory retention obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe's encrypted servers using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Order confirmation emails and receipts are dispatched via Resend Technologies, Inc. Your email address and order summary are transmitted solely to send you transactional purchase receipts.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data (Art. 15), correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
